The Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity coordinates Princeton’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and fair treatment of all members of our community. We support undergraduate and graduate students, faculty members, postdoctoral fellows, staff and alumni, as well as outreach to the broader community.
- We facilitate strategic institutional change through structural tools including policies, funding, staffing, and project incubation and implementation.
- We manage Princeton’s efforts to prevent and respond to bias, discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct, and promote equitable access for people with disabilities.
